Honestly what I think is so sweet about this is, Charlie is the royalty. It would be expected for Vaggi to kneel to her. But Charlie loves and respects Vaggi so much, she sees Vaggi as the one worthy of kneeling to. Just like how Stolas bows to Blitzo.

Someone made an good point that a lot of cartoons for kids back then used to be “scary” to teach lessons about knowing that there are bad guys out there and there are ways to defeat them. Now with some media going the route of “the villain is misunderstood” they couldn’t be more correct.
