Soooo yeah … I really like Guilty Gear

#1) Elphelt Valentine: She’s my favorite character. Ever. She’s adorable, she’s funny, she’s cool, and she’s even lore relevant. She’s just overall, the character I vibe with the most out of any character in any franchise. She’s my number one and probably will be for a long time 💖 #GuiltyGear

#2) Happy Chaos: This fucking bastard. This fucking guy. This blueberry piece of shit is one of the best villains ever I think. Even though he became SUPER lore heavy, he really does shine in the strive story mode, being a funny, crazy, and even scary character. #GuiltyGear #GGStrive

#3) Venom: An orphaned child outcasted because of his looks (literally how?) who was raised as an assassin and basically worshiped Zato (ew) is now finally over his past and runs a bakery with his gay little robot bf while also being the Batman for the village he resides in. Hell yeah bro. #GGStrive

#4) Queen Dizzy: She’s so fucking preeeeettyyyy. She also has gone from essentially a kid with insane powers and guardians that HAVE to protect her to a strong woman who can control her insane powers and keep an entire kingdom safe. Peak. Also her relationship with her family is adorable 💖 #GGStrive

#5) Bedman? and Delilah: Amazing design and I think her newfound trust in Baiken is adorable and she’s just a goober. The bed itself is badass and if Romeo IS in there fnaf style then congrats on your transition! (from a badass neurodivergent child to a badass unfeeling machine) #GuiltyGear

#6) Sin Kiske: This fucking dumbass is so funny and so sweet. I love this kid so much dude. He’s adorable and badass at the same time. Plus if they make him the new protagonist like I’m thinking they’re gonna do, he’ll probably get even better! (Yeah he’s 6 years old lmao) #GuiltyGear #GGStrive

#7) Faust: My favorite base roster character. Not in terms of play style, that goes to Anji, but he’s still great play style wise. He went from being a character I’d probably hate if he was still Baldhead, to being one of the best characters of all time. (to me at least) #GuiltyGear #GGStrive

#8) Jack-o Valentine: The gooberest of goobers. But also a character split between having memories of both hating and loving a man that aren’t necessarily her own, she learns to love Sol based on her own memories. Amazing. #GuiltyGear #GGStrive

#9) Bridget: She’s iconic. A lot of people don’t know what Strive is but they do know Bridget. She’s one of the most well done queer characters in gaming and she’s just freaking adorable. She USED to be my number 1 but things have changed, she hasn’t gotten worse though. #GuiltyGear #GGStrive

#10) Axl Low: He’s sooooo British. He’s genuinely one of the kindest written characters I’ve ever seen and he’s just a giant goof ball. @pkviolence.bsky.social’s “hate” for him might have bumped him up higher for me than he would have been, but he’s still a phenomenal character. #GuiltyGear

#11) Anji Mito: The slut just outside of the top 10? Smh. He’s very VERY attractive and he’s also a man/woman hopping whore (LMAO) His play style is also a little brain dead but the 2.0 update helped a little bit with that. He’s a funny guy and I can’t wait for my plush of him to arrive. #GGStrive

#12) A.B.A and Paracelsus: 2 freaks in love(?) what more can you want? Her English voice is insanely well done and her gameplay is interesting, if a little braindead at times. Para is also really funny. #GuiltyGear #GGStrive

#13) Unika: Now we get to some of my favorite characters of all time. Unika’s design I just vibe with SO much and her relationship with Bridget is very wholesome. The fact that she’s the second lowest Kiske family member is INSANE. #GuiltyGear #GGStrive

#14) Slayer: Dandy. He’s just so cool. He’s a little annoying to fight against but other than that, I have no complaints about him. He’s just awesome. Bonus points for having an immortal wife who’s also gorgeous. #GuiltyGear #GGStrive

#15) Sol Badguy: Here he is basically right in the middle, but that does NOT mean he’s mid. He’s so funny, he’s so cool, and he’s very attractive. Bro is literally based on Freddy Mercury, THAT’S PEAK. He’s my favorite male lesbian. #GuiltyGear #GGStrive

#16) Goldlewis Dickinson: He’s also super funny, probably just as funny as Gio. His English voice might be my favorite casting decision in the entire game and the fact that he doesn’t believe in aliens but his coffin has an alien is objectively hilarious. #GuiltyGear #GGStrive

#17) Asuka R#: The twink himself is a funny character who is extremely lore important. His play style is probably the most unique in the franchise and his design is fucking rad. The fact the story mode ends with him starting a fucking podcast is phenomenal. #GuiltyGear #GGStrive

#18) I-No: SHE’S FUCKING DEAD!!! If this is her final game appearance then what a requiem. (like her song omg) Her design, killer. Her personality, killer. Her play style, killer. Overall a great character and a fantastic villain though out the franchise. #GuiltyGear #GGStrive

#19) Giovanna: She might just be the funniest character on the roster. At some points she feels like a better executed Jam, but at other times she’s her own kind of sassy. Her design is phenomenal and she canonically REALLY wants to fuck Leo and Slayer and I find that really funny. #GuiltyGear

#20) Jam Kuradoberi: WHAT A GLOW UP. She went from being a funny gooner bait character who couldn’t keep it in her pants, to being an even funnier, more toned down character who STILL can’t keep it in her pants while also chasing the bag. A+ redesign. #GuiltyGear #GGStrive

#21) Testament: Their character arc already happened back in the first game, so now they literally are just chilling and I vibe with that. They’re hot, their play style is really fun, and I just enjoy their presence. #GuiltyGear #GGStrive

#22) Baiken: Her design is peak and her character arc finally rapped up in Strive with her becoming essentially a mother to Delilah. She’s THE gorilla character tho, I just turn my brain off and win with her. #GuiltyGear #GGStrive

#23) Potemkin: I’M BUSTING IT! He’s such a fun character, game play and character wise. He’s a goober who loves to draw but also has serious trauma as an ex slave. Also he’s hot- #GuiltyGear #GGStrive

#24) Nagoriyuki: He’s SO cool and SO hot. His interactions with Elphelt are hilarious (she wants him so bad) and for being the LOWEST ranked new character introduced in strive, he still is awesome! I suck fighting him tho, it’s a skill issue in my part. #GuiltyGear #GGStrive

#25) Lucy: it’s REALLY hard to rank her with the rest of the Strive characters but this is about as high as I can reasonably put her. She’s a very fun character in her show and her show made me cry. For GG’s first ever crossover character, she does a great job. #GuiltyGear #GGStrive

#26) Ky Kiske: He’s probably carried by being related to his family members but he’s still cool. He’s a super important character with some really funny moments but he also has done some NOT so good things. Overall, for being one of the 2 protagonists, he does a fine enough job #GuiltyGear #GGStrive

#27) May: Right after Johnny is one of his adopted daughters. She’s very silly and very cute. But I’m SO glad they’re leaning away from the obsession with Johnny, that shit was really weird. Play style is a little brainless but she’s fun. #GuiltyGear #GGStrive

#28) Johnny: He’s a very funny character and points for not being a creep. He’s a good dude at heart but also he’s Johnny so like … is he REALLY a good person? #GuiltyGear #GGStrive

#29) Ramlethal Valentine: It hurts to put Elphelt’s big sister this low but it had to be this way. 💔 She’s such a funny character and her design is fucking peak but GOD is she so braindead to play as. I’m glad she had her moment in the story in Xrd but now she’s just kinda there in Strive. #GGStrive

#30) Chipp Zannuff: He’s so fucking white dawg. His backstory is so crazy and his gameplay is impressive when you know how to use him but hearing him say “NANI?” With his whole chest in Jam’s arcade route made me laugh so damn hard. He’s so fucking white. #GuiltyGear #GGStrive

#31) Millia Rage: She’s really cool and really pretty but she’s kind of in the same boat as Zato, being a legacy character and not really having any story relevance anymore. Really fun play style though and her theme is beautiful. #GuiltyGear #GGStrive

#32) Leo Whitefang: The rest of the characters I at least like a little bit. Bro’s funny and he’s got an interesting play style, but he’s boring otherwise. I do like his voice acting though! Very king like which is what it should be. #GuiltyGear #GGStrive

#33) Zato-1: The only character I lowkey dislike. (Not even that much tho) His design is rad, but his gameplay is annoying to fight and hard to play. He’s sexist and he’s really only still in the franchise because he’s a legacy character. Points for Matt Mercer tho #GuiltyGear #GGStrive
