We hooked up Kipling by @thornbridge.bsky.social yesterday and was pretty humbled by all the people who came by to try this beer again! It's tasting rather great and there's only half left now, so you know what you need to do today.... Here 2 til 10pm!

🍻👑 NEW BEERS 🍻👑 We've hooked up this @burtonbridgebrew.bsky.social Dark Shield, a 5.6% Dark English IPA. Described by Burton themselves as giving molasses and dark treacle but with none of the roastiness expected from a dark beer, expect this to be rather refreshing! Sounds good to us 🍻

If you order a pint of cask ale at The Kings Head you get a modern recreation of a 10-sided 1930s pint glass. If you order a half, if you're lucky, you get an actual 1930s glass with a GR stamp. Amazing.

FRIDAY PINS! It's Friday evening, we've got a pin of Tileys, India Pale Ale on the bar, serving straight from the barrel til it's gone, so... See you at the bar!!
