Just finished up a NFBC Gladiator draft. 15 teams, 23 rounds, draft your starting lineup and that's it. I went with an unconventional approach, waiting on RP, then taking 5 SP and 4 RP. I was in a league last year where somebody did it to perfection. I wanted to give it a try.

Thinking out loud but I wonder if the Orioles' hiring of Craig Albernaz could lead to more steals as a team next season. He's coming over from the Guardians, where they ranked 8th in SB as a team since Stephen Vogt took over.

Juan Soto (and other Mets) credited Richardson for helping improve improve their running game. This adds another variable to one of the biggest questions for next season in Fantasy: Soto's stolen bases

Connelly Early was awesome in his debut! 5 shutout, 5 H, 1 BB, 11 K, had 19 whiffs on 90 pitches He threw 68% of his pitches for strikes, had five-pitch mix and sinker/slider both dominated. It's been a fun run for rookie pitchers over the past month!

Cade Horton has allowed 4 total ER in 10 second half starts: 0.84 ERA, 0.79 WHIP

Another rookie pitcher! Connelly Early in the minors this season: 2.60 ERA, 1.11 WHIP, 11.8 K/9, 3.6 BB/9, 50% GB rate, 14.3% SwStr rate across Double-A and Triple-A He averaged 93.4 MPH on his fastball at Triple-A while mixing in a strong slider and changeup combo.

Tong has been unreal this season with a 1.43 ERA and 0.92 WHIP. His 40.5% K rate leads all qualified minor-league pitchers. As good as Waldrep and McLean have been since getting called up, Tong might be even better!

Josh Hader is seeking a second opinion on his left shoulder strain, manager Joe Espada said. Espada declined any further comment on the situation in order to “give Josh his space” as he seeks the second opinion.

Bryan Abreu is 33% rostered on CBS and could step in as the top saves option for the Astros. Lefty Bennett Sousa is also an option, has great numbers and four saves this season.
