Hello, I’m still alive 😁 (a thread). Just a little update since I’ve been quiet for a few months. Things are looking up! New meds & doses helped with sleep, but I’ll also give myself credit: doing mental work, meditating, and being kinder to myself. I’m more productive now and hope to keep it up.

I just finished this incredible journey 🥲 #Wuchang deserves lots of praise

#Wuchang has been such a great surprise. The level design is excellent, intricate, rewarding, and full of smart shortcuts. The combat system is genuinely fun, it relies on weapon skills and perfect dodges. The locations are atmospheric and inspired. I highly recommend it if you like souls games 👍

I used to big into drawing and sketching when I was a teenager. Some of these are from like 17 years ago, I haven't actually drawn properly in forever. Kind of a shame I didn't keep it up. From these sketches, we can safely say I was really into comicbooks ... and Audrey Hepburn for some reason.

It's incredible how much of a difference a good quality sleep can make. To be able to have energy for the whole day and not feel exhausted is something I wasn't having in a long time. Hope things get better and better from now on.

ngl my sleeping problems are making my life hell. I have been having #insomnia for a while now and the feelings of tiredness and drowsiness are making me less and less functional. I am already medicated and I am doing therapy but I would like to know if there are natural remedies I could try 🙏
