📣 New Pub 📣 We captured 30-day emotion intensity & dysregulation data from EMA & examined in relation to cortisol (from hair) during the same period. Emotion intensity & hair cortisol levels were significantly associated among women with high (but not low) emotion dysregulation.

I’m having many conversations with friends and colleagues related to feeling powerless. I wanted to share a concept from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) that I think is worth highlighting, especially when we fear there may be consequences for standing up/standing out: Alternate Rebellion.

A significant shift in incentive structures within training sites, universities, and licensing/accreditation bodies seems necessary. A move from cost-savings to trainee well-being.
