My main PhD work was just published in Nature! We studied the developmental risk factors for a pediatric brain tumor called ependymoma. The subtype we study is driven by the ZFTA-RELA fusion oncoprotein, a potent but ependymoma-specific cancer driver. www.nature.com/articles/s41...
