Draw Steel one shot report. Over all dug it, we got through two fights. Sort of. Lots of moving parts but fun. The Foundry VTT module is still a work in progress but over all extremely promising. Half the party died in the dialed down second encounter, which was meant to be the final one.

I do have to admit, I'm about as baffled by how virulently some folks on Bluesky dislike Mastodon as I am the inverse. I absolutely get some legitimate reasons to have *strong* preferences even. But some folks really seem to take this to a petty extreme.

Oddly finding myself going for three different icon looks right now with Apple's OS updates. Digging clear icons on my phone, tinted on my iPad, and regular icons on my Mac. Which, I change out wallpapers on the regular and will likely adjust to match the wallpaper as I do so~

iPad OS having real window management that isn’t encumbered with Stage Manager (seriously, what were you thinking Apple) is pretty nice. Not that helpful for my day to day use on the device, but makes things WAY more useful on an external display now.

What’s the point of Windows IoT if it’s gonna still do all it can to nudge me into extra MS services and features I don’t wanna see on this device?

A bit baffled at how good and bad the preview app in iOS/iPad OS 26 seems to be. Performance is stellar, it seems like it could be a great PDF viewer out the box now. But.. having the option for page at a time viewing missing stinks. Having a lack of support for a PDF's table of contents baffles.

Due to the fact that I have to flip through two different Azure accounts for my job, a routine thing you might hear me say to myself between 8-9 as I trickle into signing into everything is: "Nope. Wrong account." Especially as the spatial position of those account buttons randomly shift.

Spatial scenes for lock screens are fun and this works with art surprisingly well!

Early Apple OS thoughts. I'm over all digging liquid glass. Car Play got a serious upgrade. I like clear icons more in theory than practice, especially on Mac. Putting iPhone apps in my search results by default on my Mac is annoying. Spatial photos are fun with art. Lockscreen shenanigans. Fun!

So far really digging iOS 26 but holy hell the Car Play overhaul is fantastic.

I really dig Apple's Foundation series, quite a bit. Though at this point I also think that pretty much every finale after the first one has been the weakest part of each season. Which leaves me awfully conflicted as they're not bad enough to lose me. But it's still quite a problem.

I am less than thrilled by the fact that in general Tesla stations provide the best fast charging experience in general for me. Electrify America could be on par but their stations have a tendency to be in "a state". Circle K's are fantastic but more limited in availability.

I’ve got a mystery rash showing up along my wrist and inner forearm this week. Appears at random. Gone in about an hour. Sticks to the same spot. Has spread ever so slightly. It’s also been about two weeks since that hike. Is this the most mild appearance of an urushiol reaction ever? 🙃
