Programming is, I think, going to keep me humble. Don't get me wrong: it's very satisfying. I'm really enjoying the things that work. But oh my lord, every new task is such a saga of "so why DOESN'T this work also how do I do that"...

Delighted that Ismene has entertained a few people. I'm back working on Diadem Station; I've almost come to the point of understanding some things I need to do differently (and I know I'm not there yet), but my main goal is getting a playable demo at the moment.

Oh my lord. It's not that it's 256 colors it's that the /palette at any moment/ can be 256 colors that's how you got such pretty pixelation on older computer game stuff-- Oh, this is going to be great.
