I hate that it’s 7:15, but because we’re close to summer (when days are naturally longer) and we insist on shaving an hour off the day for no reason, it feels more like 5:00. It keeps making me think I have more time to do shit, when in reality I need to be wrapping things up for the day.

Today is a pretty decent Sunday. I slept 10.5 hours, had a couple cups of coffee, have very little to do besides laundry, and I had a weird but very pleasant dream this morning.

I saw a job post yesterday for a company called “Deepgram,” that said it’s “mandatory” that all employees “use and experiment with AI tools,” and I’ve never noped out of a post quicker.

I’ve said this many times, but if your plan to solve climate change sounds like some shit Cobra Commander would do it’s a bad plan.

Watching an episode of @hankgreen.bsky.social’s “Ask Hank Anything” series where someone talks about never having fevers, and it reminded me that (to my knowledge) I’ve only ever had a flu virus once in my 44 years of life. That includes the couple of decades that I didn’t get flu shots.

Taking a break from Tomodachi Life to play the new game from @supermassivegames.bsky.social, Directive 8020. The Dark Pictures Anthology is one of my favorite series (right up there with Alan Wake). I HIGHLY recommend it if you like horror games. Also highly recommend their 2022 game The Quarry.

This “Drops” thing from @dndbeyond.com is some garbage. I get putting little cosmetic perks behind a paywall, I do. But content specific to character building? Content that could affect play? And I can’t share, even though I’m on your highest subscription tier? Nah. No thanks.
