#justbeatit NCAA Football 10 (PS2) A nice trip back to one of my favorite entries in the series. Took Colorado to the promised land and had to jump 4 spots in the rankings in the last 2 games to get to the BCS title game. Still a classic and still playable today. @polykillpodcast.bsky.social

#justbeatit Ape Out Jr. (PC) Another Devolver Bootleg game down. This was a nice take on Ape Out with a 2d platformer style where you have to make it to the exit by throwing enemies and avoid getting shot. A very simple puzzle element to it and a quick 25 levels. @polykillpodcast.bsky.social

#justbeatit Hotline Milwaukee (PC) A fun bare bones version of Hotline Miami that's part of the Devolver Bootleg games. A quick 16 levels and final boss with some decent 8 bit gameplay and music that emulates the original well. Good times! @polykillpodcast.bsky.social

#justbeatit Gunstar Heroes (Switch) I'm very familiar with this game's reputation but never tried to beat it till now and what a great game. I loved the mix of gameplay styles, solid soundtrack and it never got crazy hard until that final boss. Great stuff! @polykillpodcast.bsky.social

#justbeatit True Crime: Streets of LA (Xbox) Haven't played this in almost 20 years, still pretty damn good. Has some jank and the final boss is total BS. Banger soundtrack full of licensed music and has a fun story that could have been an early 2000's action film. @polykillpodcast.bsky.social

#justbeatit Titanfall 2 (Series X) Another glaring hole in my backlog and what a game it was! Had a ton of fun from beginning to end. Solid story, outstanding gameplay, has some of the best FPS levels I've ever played. One of the best games I've played this year. @polykillpodcast.bsky.social
