If you’re riding LEJOG, don’t take the B7076 north of Lockerbie. There’s a gorgeous route parallel that takes you into Moffat and out again. (Google takes you straight up the boring B road - ignore it!)

Sadly I used the car and with all of the tourists about, I became traffic. It was roughly the same as my work commute and took 7 mins longer in a car. I really dislike travelling by car. It’s slow, inefficient and damages the environment (yes, even our little Dacia Spring). Must buy a #CargoBike.
