100%. Occasionally I’ll take the race bike (Reacto) to work and I’ll wear Lycra. Most of the time I’ll be on my commuter (PlanetX Kaffenback) and I’ll wear shorts and t-shirt. I didn’t join a “tribe.” I ride a bike for fitness, competition, transport, touring & fun. Wtf does what I wear matter?

If you’re riding LEJOG, don’t take the B7076 north of Lockerbie. There’s a gorgeous route parallel that takes you into Moffat and out again. (Google takes you straight up the boring B road - ignore it!)
