So my psychiatrist thought it'd be better for me to be on sick leave for two weeks and my psychologist wants to see me on Saturday, so that will be the third times this week. Being mentally ill is exhausting.

Love it when at the end of a 45 minutes session my psychologist says "I'd like to see you on Wednesday or Thursday though." It's Monday. I see my psychiatrist on Thurday. Everything's fine.

Got one hell of a week. Got home from work crying tonight. I love my job but maybe I'm not cut for it. I'm exhauted.

I have some grading to do even though I'm on sick leave for my mental health because *deadlines* but I can't do it. I said I'd start on Monday, it's Wednesday and I still haven't started. I'm frozen on the couch, hating myself while I should be relaxing and taking care of myself! I hate this!

And that's one month of sick leave for me again! I thought I could do it this time. But I guess that when your doctor AND your psychologist tell you to move your next psychiatrist appointment as soon as possible it means that things aren't going as well as you thought! I'm so tired of all this.
