I need like, an hour long meeting to really fukkin drill my coworkers with the knowledge that the client doesn't actually know how things work behind the scenes so when the client asks for something, they need to be able to translate those requirements into actual design for the developers.

It's really fucking with my ability to reliably do work when so much of it involves waiting around for other people to do anything before I can make progress.
