I think I’m going to take an indefinite break from all things social media. after a couple of weeks break, I’ve realised just how much it was affecting me and making me feel rubbish. I think I was comparing myself to others too much and putting too much of my self worth into likes/interactions.

They spell it 솝 = "Sope". From (S)uga and H(ope). J-Hope is using the affectionate form, 솝이 "sope-i" just like we have Hobi 홉이, Jimini, Seokjini etc. And just like Hope = Hobi, the "p" becomes "b" in pronunciation but not in the spelling. J-Hope thinks their unit is cute 🥰
