Little update regarding the Chittari. I fell a little behind schedule, and have been really working hard these past few days to play catch up. I’m still catching up, but I at least want to say I’ve got the ARKit and MMD shapes done for it.

Ren fair went great and I even played a little ocarina for people. Looking forward to invading more cons and ren fairs in the future.

In D&D last night, my harengon wizard Arlos made a pact with a Goddess that showed up in his dreams then woke up extra fluffy and with a new fur pattern.

I finished Final Fantasy 1 Pixel Remaster last week. It was my first time playing any Final Fantasy game. I enjoyed it! Still think that the 2D games appeal to me more than the 3D ones. Also started Silksong! Definitely tougher than Hollow Knight, but I’m enjoying that too!

Gonna be gone for the weekend, so progress on the Chittari is on hold until I get back on Monday. The first texture is WIP, and tbh, I still struggle with designing textures for avatars more than anything. We’ll see if maybe I can get three by the end of next week. The first is always the hardest.

Little update on the new avatar! This past week, I've been working on rigging, primarily. And I'm almost ready to start making textures! Before that tho, I want to announce the name of this avatar base. I'm calling this rodent-like avatar base the Chittari! Looking forward to sharing more later! 🐭

Man… I just started TUNIC for the first time tonight on stream. I’m so glad I am playing it now! It is scratching a much needed itch that Zelda has failed to provide for over a decade. Hoping that the TUNIC team is working on sequels???

Still making progress on avatar work over here! I’ll make a better update post soon! Currently working on blendshapes and rigging stuff. Hoping to get to textures either next week or the following week.

Retopo is done!!! And with all three tails present, it ended up being only 700 tris more than my Verbunny, So with the hair and only one tail, that is a couple/few thousand tris less than the Verbunny! SWEET! Now to come up with a name... 🤔

I’ve been in an emotional slump… today was a breaking point for me, and though I’m glad I have friends who catch me when I fall, I still have a feeling that I don’t belong… not in my family, not in VRChat, not in groups I’m in. I’m greeted when I arrive, but man, I feel out of place a lot. 🧵

It is definitely still a weird experience returning to sculpting characters again after a year and a half of not doing so. I’m still practicing and trying to get back into the swing of it again. It’s been somewhat fun so far.

This was absolutely the highlight of my day @furality.org You where all such lovely people! We where gathering for a meetup and out of nowhere there was a waterfall of vurbunnies passing trough.

There was a civil war in the Dealer's Den. The Durgarra-Verbunny battle for Somna was fierce, but the leaders, @kyderra.bsky.social and @arcticasper.bsky.social called it a draw and made peace. (This was such an awesome moment, Kyderra. Thank you!)
