finally ive successfully restricted for almost 3 weeks but somehow i look fatter.

i can't eat my safe food anymore bc it has too much sugar :( it's the only thing i've been able to successfully restrict for a long time with so i feel so lost and kind of scared now :( can anyone recommend meals that are 800cals max and EXTREMELY filling ? #edbsky i need a new safe omad :(
