Today a colleague told me about where her daughter was thinking of going to school. I told her my daughter went there. She was quite excited and asked me a bunch of questions. I answered them but wasn’t sure if I had right college. I looked up my daughter’s LinkedIn profile. She never went there.

Serious question: If polarization is as big a problem as many think it is, what can we do to address it? Seems to me most people don’t consider the other sides perspective valid at all. So then it’s just war and being divided forever?
