I spent a lot of time at the NCVMC watching the Nets. I was a fan of Billy Paultz AKA The Whopper until Julius Erving joined the Nets and I was hooked. There was some great talent in the ABA that never got their respect. George Gervin, Artis Gilmore, Louie Dampier, and Roger Brown.
