I just talked to a friend who is a member of an NIH study section scheduled in a couple of weeks. They have been told by the SRO that the list of grants being reviewed has changed, with several grants being removed 😱

New article! Here we dissect the role of SGEF, a RhoG-GEF, in regulating E-cadherin and ZO-1 expression in epithelial cells. In SGEF KD, E-cadherin reduction enhances β-catenin signaling, which upregulates Slug, forming a positive feedback loop that further decreases E-cadherin levels bit.ly/3zWYxpf
