I had a great time attending the Arrow and DuckDB workshop at #useR2025. A useful thing that you can do is to meaningfully partition your "big" data into parquet files using arrow. Question for #rstats: Does it make sense to load dozens or more parquet files as duckdb tables (workshop showed 1)?
