Split a 1'500+ loc file into multiple files like a good wee programmer and I regret it so very much. I like the Go way of having everything in one file and grep. I can't find anything now, this sucks. The more I write code, the more I want to throw adages and principles out the window.

Thing I just learned in #rstats: unz() lets you connect to a .zip and load files from inside it without actually unzipping it (great for a file I'm working with that's 30 MB zipped and 1+ GB unzipped, with multiple CSVs in it)

🥳 Got the #rstats parser working so I can obfuscate R code. It's so very satisfying! And it only took between 9 and 6 months... 🫠 I can't open-source it yet because the cipher is probably easy to brute force. Look at it, in all its glory, with an obfuscated {ambiorix} app 🍰

There's no R-Men but if there were all of these things would probably be a bit shit: we'd have an MsPaint logo and some .md files.

The problem with #rstats is portability. Shit like `df$x` has to be converted to `df€x` in Europe and `df£x` in the UK but nobody talks about this.
