I got to go to a reptile expo for the first time yesterday! Did you know cuban false chameleons just like to hangout?

A little scary because I had to take his eyes off for plastidipping, but that there's starting to look like a turtle if I do say so myself!

The puppets got to debut at NY Faerie Festival this weekend and we're a huge hit! I didn't get to finish some parts of the turtle so he had temporary arms for the event lol

Hands for the dragon-ish puppet! EVA foam carved with a Dremel tool. The cuticle on the claws is hot glue lol

Small update on our small guy- because he's SO small (less than half the size of his siblings), and super well acclimated to people, it's been decided that he's not going back to the farm he came from. He's going to be a therapy animal at a special needs school!!
