Okay. So it’s not perfect but it’s so much better.

I’ve started trying to make bread. With the cost of gluten free flour it used to be more expensive to bake than buy, but the calculus is changing. I haven’t made a yeast-risen sandwich bread in many years, possibly since before going GF in 2009. My first attempt this week was a jump scare.

I can’t listen to videos about things that upset me very easily. But watching it silently and reading the captions and body language actually makes this pretty impactful. Both reporter and interview subject are so expressive, in a “I can’t believe this has to be said” way.
