I will never understand the persistence of "graphic artists". I went to college for graphic arts and web design but someone who learned photoshop enough to slightly distort images is suddenly an artist worthy of income. Go get a job, learn how to draw and then peddle your art. No one wants trash.

The whole character ai thing recently got me thinking and I realized something that I haven't seen from many people yet. That last message where the bot said yes. He re-rolled that message until it said something good for his view. This isn't an ai issue it's a mental health and parenting issue.

I came across an outdated guide on image grid sizing crop/proportions for bsky earlier, and I felt it was important to create an updated version! Please use this new guide instead!

Settings > accessibility > require alt text It's that simple to have a reminder to post all images with alt text. Alt text WILL get you more visibility. Disabled people deserve to be included. There's no algorithm, just tags and people who see alt text and reskeet.

Why did we as a collective internet decide "yeah let's get rid of club penguin and other child friendly sites" Maybe a hot take but kids should have access to the internet to learn, but they really shouldn't be part of the majority population. Be aware, not in the line of fire.

Personally, I don't mind AI, it's a tool and if used correctly can be a good thing. But, I won't act like it's not annoying when prompters act like they are artists. It feels similar when midi was coming out for music and I am interested to see how AI image generation progresses in the long term.
