Playlist of artists starting with Q. Not many others in my list, but obviously I got Queen on it. I could post some of the usual favourites, but Radio Ga Ga is in my opinion a bit underrated. It's actually one that has inspired various modern artists; their names, songs, or identity.

Playlist of artists starting with P. I wondered if, aside from Rammstein, there are other German music acts who are popular in English speaking countries. There is a lot of good music from Germany. Peter Fox for example, who had a great first solo album with personal stories and social commentary.

Playlist of artists starting with O. I struggled finding a song to share by this band because, frankly, their tracks aren't the catchiest. As I watch their fascinating videos on repeat however, the songs get stuck in my head. This one's probably the most impressive, though they all are incredible.

New week, so here's a song from a playlist of artists starting with N. Having worked in an Italian restaurant, I was exposed to a lot of music from Italian artists like Pausini, Bocelli, Zucchero, etc. The 2021 Eurovision winners Måneskin made me revisit some of those classics. Nek's one of them.

Playlist of artists starting with G. Some movie soundtracks are incredible. For me, Kill Bill Vol. 1 was one of them. I heard it all the time in the restaurant I helped out at as a teen, before the movie was out. What struck me was the mix of pan flute, trumpets and violins; like worlds colliding.

Playlist letter F this week. Electronic music usually gets my attention when it's well used in movies with good actions sequences. Fluke's "Absurd", for example, was featured in the iconic training scene in the Tomb Raider movie. I loved using tracks like that when I made AMVs or VGMV.

It's time for a song from my playlist of artists starting with D. And it's an important one. Die Ärzte is probably one of the best German bands I've seen live. Their punk rock songs are often satirical. Who knew that their song about fascism in 1993 would still be relevant today. Give it a listen!

Exactly 4 years ago I finished Twin Peaks for the first time. I thought it was entertaining. Then I watched a 4h (+2h) explanation video and my mind was blown. This show has inspired so many things and was even referenced in cartoons like Gravity Falls and The Dragon Prince. RIP David Lynch.

My partner and I made some soft pumpkin rolls last weekend. Couldn't taste the pumpkin much, but it had some sweetness to it and the whipped spice butter complemented it very well. We wanted to make some English muffins this weekend, but he came down with a cold. There will be more baking soon.
