Engaging in ‘robust debate’ with right-wing types clearly isn’t working. If anything, all it seems to have done is make them think their opinions are valid in some way. I’m going to move to a ‘embarrass them by highlighting their objective stupidity’ model from now on instead.

Sorry to anyone having issues purchasing from DAAM / MEANS bandcamp pages. Launching the new MEANS sub has messed up the connection between my Stripe account and my Bandcamp account, and in trying to fix it, Bandcamp have torpedoed the DAAM sub too. Hopefully it will be fixed in the next 24 hours.

The nature of putting yourself out there is that you face rejection. Today was a big rejection, bigger than most and will have a bigger affect on my life/finances than many rejections. But so it goes. I'll commiserate with a pint this eve, then start making some new art/work/music tomorrow.

between DAAM and MEANS there’s now 7 packages that haven’t survived the post system over the last few weeks. Each lost parcel costs me the item involved + the £ to resend it: for small fish like me eradicates all profit for the year so far. Small problems in the scheme of things but still sucks.

I just want to say, unequivocally, that I was never a friend of Peter Mandelson, despite the WhatsApp messages to the contrary. We barely spoke during the recording of that trilogy of avant-electro albums he did for DAAM, and he only stayed at my house that 1 time coz his train home got cancelled.
