Came across an interesting new accessibility term yesterday: "Access Rider". It's a document that freelance/self-employed people can share with clients to explain their accessibility/reasonable adjustment needs. Definitely something I'm going to look into putting together.

Today is my last day with the DPC and it feels very surreal. I don't think it will sink in for a few weeks yet. It's been a job that's given me so many wonderful opportunities, and I'm very proud of the work I've led here.
