Was shopping online for a globe recently and was delighted to see that some companies proudly announce, as a selling point, that their globes still read "Gulf of Mexico."

Rather than pointing out that Trump's asinine tariff scheme usurps Congress's constitutional authority, the WaPo's editorial board is suggesting—with a straight face—that he just get the compliant GOP-controlled Congress to rubber stamp it. Democracy is dying in broad daylight too, I guess.

Help me out, people: What do you call it when a head of state with a long record of authoritarian actions unilaterally tries to change the rules for elections, in order to keep himself in power, even when those changes are clearly in defiance of the law?
