Wow, I just finished Children of Time by @aptshadow.bsky.social and it's hands down the best book I've ever read. The worldbuilding is amazing, and gives you empathy for something you typically hate (at least I do). Then the twist in the last chapter is not one you see coming, but makes total sense

I don't understand why people would put so much effort into writing a book, and then sabotage it by using AI to create their book covers. Genuinely baffling. It immediately gives the impression that it's a cheap product and that the contents are also AI slop

Played the Star Trek: Voyager Into the Unknown demo. It has a lot of promise. Really interested to see if the branching actually works and how far off the beaten path you're able to take the crew. If it can pull that off, then I am going to have a busy few months!
