Palak Tofu, a spinich sauce dish that traditionally uses paneer which is cheese that doesn't melt. Not bad for a first attempt at a vegan recipe.

A pinch, in the world of baking this is an unacceptable unit of measurement. After the dough is baked you can't retroactively add more. Precise measurements in baking even if it's by volume is a thing for a reason. Cooking on the other hand, salt and season to taste. It can be corrected midway.

Do American brewers not know what they're doing? So many micro brews seem to think the flavor of hops must be present and noticable. Stouts, wheats and pale ales should not should not taste hoppy. IPAs should be called American style because american brewers cant seem to help themselves.
