#Cloud #storage drives me nuts. Photos on one … have to sub to the 2 TB plan because you’re just over the lower sub. Then you have that situation across multiple providers and now you’re paying for 2 TB on multiple providers for independent services. But only use something like 600gb. 😖

Welp. I’m tired of fighting zoom and screen sharing in general on NixOs. Back to a “boring” Ubuntu variant with ansible. For me nix was about packages and declarative cfg. I still have it. But my stuff is working. 🤷‍♂️ I don’t have time to babysit a nix config. I’m sure I’ll be back at some point.

I have to say I’ve always liked the Firefox browser, but it just never jived with me. But now I have to say the Zen browser (based on Firefox) seems to be scratching my edge. This might be the first one that can actually pull me away from a chrome based browser.

It's been a minute, but I've finally written my second article on the architecture I've used for the @rawkode.academy. In this article, I cover using GraphQL Federation to provide a consolidated API for many disparate services. All possible thanks to WunderGraph, Pothos, and Drizzle ORM.

Can anyone recommend a split mechanical #keyboard that works well with both #Mac and #Linux? Something that low-key counts for both. For example, on my current logitech, it has indicators for both operating systems. Something that won’t break the bank, and preferably does not ship out of the US.
