The World Food Programme continues to provide flour to many bakeries within the Gaza Strip at varying intervals.

The first stage of the dough is to put it into the machine that shapes it in the way you see in the video. This is the first stage of bread making.

Ahmed explains a small part of the bread dough process, he works in a bakery. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions. ✌️🇵🇸

The work seems easy...but it lasts 12 hours. This is how bread is produced in Gaza. The video shows white circles representing bread before it goes into the oven. I don't post often, but I have a pinned post on my page; share it if you see it. 💍
