A Gentle Rain is definitely winning for foggy brain compatible game play. Can be played by one person. Satisfyingly sturdy tiles & pretty wooden counters. Simple instructions. Which begin with excellent advice - "Get comfortable..."

So we have read the rules for Floral. Then read them again. Then watched people playing a game. Then read the rules again. The cards are very pretty. 😐

A little treat for Foggy Brain. Both games are lovely to look at. So far "A Gentle Rain" is much easier to understand. Only issue so far is that the tiles can spread out so needs a bit of space. A gentle sitting on the floor on a rainy day relaxation.

Madame thinks it was her old friend Jim who introduced her Tom Lehrer. She thought Jim gave her this box set but turns out it was a gift from her dad. Jim & The Daddy both died a couple of years ago so many memories are happening this morning.
