Maybe I'm being horribly idealistic, but there's gotta be a future where people finally stop being selfish, hateful, or pointlessly destructive for the most petty and insecure reasons. Can't lose hope as we continue to improve. I really hope one day we achieve it.

This has been said to death but I'll just say it again: if you're in the creative arts space stop calling your art "content". Call it "work"! Calling your art "work" shows it's the result of time and skill. "Content" makes something sound like it has no purpose other than to take up space.

I don’t “network,” I make friends. Other artists are not my competition, they’re my beloved peers and sources of inspiration. We all have the same goal; to share our art. I’m not gonna corporatize my human relationships with them. I am in my sandbox playing and I hope they join me.

I've been getting a lot of questions re: chronic pain + art lately and I'm begging people to consider regular tablets over screen ones, and don't hunch over them. They take some getting used to but they allow for much better posture and reduced strain!

Oh, I could scream about this for HOURS. But suffice to say: This is what happens when large studios don't want to fund original projects, anymore. They make Scooby-Doo for the 16th time, and the hot young talents goes off, runs a Kickstarter/gets backed by Glitch, and succeeds without them.

Kinda surreal this art was done 10 years ago. Time to breathe new life into the world I've been exploring.
