Good news!!! Frank made a triumphant return! He recognised his cage, which i had put outside, and came back because he was hungry 🦤 I was at work when he came back but I get to see him when I get home!! I'm so glad he's ok!!! 🥹

I spoke to my partner about my recent trauma response, she held me and thanked me for sharing that with her 🥰 On the same day we said we loved each other for the first time and played ukulele together, she taught me partially how to play the song she wrote for me, "tomatoes" 🍅💖 She is perfect

Just when I thought I had really worked through most of my trauma a new thing peaks it head that I wasn't even aware of This whole time I was worried I wouldn't be able to get attached to another person or be my true vulnerable self Turns out now I'm scared she will die suddenly (like mum)
