My Linux machine runs just fine with the latest Ubuntu. Sure graphics aren't ideal but it gets the job done. I dual boot Windows, though rarely run it. Windows 10 is no longer supported and I can't install Windows 11. That's just wrong.

Just finished performing open-heart surgery on our legacy production server. โIt was running a stack frozen in 2020 (Debian 10 + old Docker). We needed to pay down that technical debt to close security holes before our upcoming migration. it was nerve-wracking.

The secret to selling books? We like to think we make great books and I hope you agree, but the key is finding our readers. We're always building our worldwide distribution, filling the gaps. There's so much opportunity! Thank you all for helping spread the word!

It's President's Day. We normally run a sale but it looks like we missed that. May have something up in a few hours.

Retaliatory tariffs are all right and good but if Canada, Mexico and the EU want to get this over with sanctioning the hell out of Trumpโs oligarchs seems like a force multiplier.

I've been using AI tools extensively. primarily ChatGPT and Claude. ChatGPT has so far been doing a great job of legal analysis including drafting amendments, evaluating contract terms, and so on. I *always* review everything.
