Computational models for music emotion recognition (MER) have steadily improved. Our meta-analysis is now out in ACM Computing Surveys. We reviewed 34 studies comprising 290 models, distilled from a much larger initial pool. #musicscience #musicpsych #emotion #MIR

Finally out! Do musicians have better short-term memory than nonmusicians? This is what we investigated in a multilab that joined together 33 research units from 15 different countries.
