Finished the last pre-Thanksgiving class at noon yesterday, so I had time for a little fusion experiment. Cappelloni filled with a Georgian-style walnut/mushroom pate and tossed in a yogurt (homemade) and dill (homegrown) sauce. Extremely good.

I *thought* about opening a bottle of wine last night, but I didn't. Apparently the *thought* was enough to wake me up at 4am with a splitting headache.

Breakfast followed by a back, legs & feet massage, some food shopping, a hot soak with Epsom salts, TV nap and then cooking a great dinner would be my perfect day today. I am not going to have a perfect day today.

Love to walk in to holes in the ceiling and wall from bad water damage in my apartment. What a fucking month this is being.
