I’ve switched remote thermometers from MEATER+ to Typhur. Several meals later love the Typhur Gold. Two probes, rechargeable, no prob on open flame grill (I winter grill), no dropped connections, great range. Def recommended. Had 3 MEATERs & was never pleased with them.

Seeking knitting advice on color transitions. Front side has nice maroon to white transition. Flip side shows a single stitch line between color transitions. Can I make both sides look like the first image with clear “break” between colors? All suggestions welcome for this newbie.
