My partner recently found out about the Eisner Awards and has taken it upon themself to coach me to victory. So far their advice has consisted of: “ya gotta write a comic about a mouse trying to write a comic”, so that’s doomed.

I love the mystery genre, because no matter your secret yum or special interest, there’s a mystery novel for you. Wrestling detectives, murders in Renaissance Florence, secret magic society mysteries… Which implies a world of infinite mystery, compounded cosmic unknowns, waiting for a detective.
