Making my own map for our homeschool classroom because all the maps available to buy online are wanting. A bespoke approach lets me make decisions that mass producers won't, such as use other projections besides Mercator and make sure Palestine is included. Super impressed with {tmap}'s API & docs!

There are ways to mitigate and adapt to extreme events, like stopping the burning of fossil fuels and building early warning systems (or not firing people who make forecasts and coordinate with local officials), but prayer is not one of them.
