I hit 283 this week! I think my big goal for 2024 is to hit 278, and then for 2025 I'd like to be sub 250! I started at 328 before the weight-loss.

The first time I did cable crunches "to failure" I topped out at 21. Today I reached somewhere in the 55-65 range (I lost count) and only stopped because my back ached. I feel amazing & a *little sore* but it's daunting to think that "to failure" is a nebulous number that increases exponentially

Recently I've been going to the gym pretty much every day and it's the funniest possible way to bullet-train through a depressive episode, like I'm empty on the inside but today was push day so being alive feels so good
