🍺+📀= Eaten Alive! Well, this is a fairly absurd jungle adventure / cannibal film; certainly not Lenzi's greatest work but highly amusing nonetheless! Most of the lunacy is from Ivan Rassimov's scenery-chewing, Jim Jones-ian cult leader. But plenty of gore and sleaziness to go round too! However...

Well, for some utterly unfathomable reason - despite having piles of beautifully remastered films on disc to watch - I have settled for watching a dodgy, scratchy boot of Lenzi's Eaten Alive! Really... 🤪🤣

So, Star Optimus Prime alt modes. I really like the truck mode, very battletruck. It looks massive! The battle station, I'm not so keen on, kinda looks like he's fallen over sideways or something! But glad it's there as a tribute to the original Star Convoy toy.

I haven't bought a Transformer in many years. But for some reason when I saw Star Optimus Prime, I was immediately "gotta have it!" 🤪 And I think he's quite magnificent, you know! That headpiece is very Gundam-ish - possibly what attracted me to this model! 🤩

Now, something tells me there was a dubbed UK video release of this in the 80's, and I may have seen it before... Let's see if it jogs my memory! Parole De Flic! #nowwatching
