I’ve been power lifting lately to help strengthen my back, and so far I’ve squatted 100lbs, benched 95lbs, and deadlifted 100lbs. Wild to think half a year ago I needed a cane to help me walk around, and now I’m on my way to being able to lift a friend above my head 💪🏼
