Work Package 1 - Priority Setting Partnership in collaboration with the James Lind Alliance. We will identify and prioritise key areas for exploration. We will carry out extensive consultation with the workforce providing same day, urgent and emergency care.

The SURGE Partnership aims to provide impactful, rapidly transferable evidence that will support employers to create a more robust and thriving SURGE workforce that can respond to current demands.

The SURGE mission is to deliver high quality research evidence that will change policy and drive transformation across the same day and urgent care system to result in a thriving, diverse and sustainable workforce providing patient care.
