How is everyone today? For me it's my 'Non-Working Day' (I'm in a meeting in 30 minutes). But relaxed in general, waiting for the local election results and have a pot of tea on the go. We've had more work on our House windows completed, almost finished (we have stained glass in double glazing)

I've come to realise after attending a lot of conventions over the years that I really do prefer a longer game, and so this is perfect. I ran Against the Darkmaster last year, I enjoyed it and I think most of the players did. This year, I'm running 'Hunter: The Reckoning' (latest iteration).

New tax year, new tax assessment to start on. It's ok, I'm a high earner, but the headache trying not to claim child benefit is too stressful, plus I've earned additional income here and there and I should pay tax on that.

I'm watching the TV version of 'Murder on the Orient Express' (which is a great version), however my brain keeps changing the 'Murder' to 'Horror', which I blame on Call of Cthulhu, but why hasn't anyone made Horror on the Orient Express into a film/tv series? Off to play the lottery I go....

I'm down in Winchester now (arrived yesterday), it's very posh and gentle and quiet. I needed that kind of break, work has been harsh and supporting the family has been hard, so a few days of too much beer, too much chat and maybe too much bacon is most welcome.
