Spent this morning snuggling with moms! Everything is still closed from the snow storm.

Total snow (and ice) accumulation yesterday was about 8 inches! The snow plows are just now making it to our neighborhood so moms and I are t going anywhere anytime soon! Doesn’t bother me, I’m busy playing!

Mom M tuned into a webinar about working dogs in conservation while I took a nap and half listened. Wake me up when it’s the part about how I should get more treatos for my Bark Ranger salary!

Part of our snow storm prep was to walk to the bakery to stock up on goodies…and we’ve already almost finished them before the storm is here…oops!

Moms have really done it this time! They didn’t bring a key on our walk and the “smart” code keypad isn’t working so we’re locked out! We’re stuck out here until help arrives so I’m making the most of it with ball

It's not just that the new ICE agents are untrained and incompetent, it's that the people drawn to this job in this environment are people who get off on cruelty. It's a position tailor made for sadists. Kind, decent people are not applying.

Mom M took me exploring in our new down town today and we found a caboose and then we met the mayor! I’m looking at him walking up to us in this picture and he gave me scritches and said I take good pictures! 😊 what a nice welcome to town!

I lived in a park most of my life and one of the hardest things to get used to living in a neighborhood now are the walks! I’m used to nice trails and the sidewalk feels weird on my paws. So now I always drag behind mom on our walks. I much prefer soft paths!

It’s only the 3rd of January and moms have already told me I’ll be working overtime as an emotional support dog this year…
