My favorite game @ GDC this year was Utopia Must Fall, a gorgeous vector graphics lightshow made with the Pixeljam v99 engine. It’s endlessly replayable hypnotic flow state brain candy and the soundtrack goooes. Fans of Jeff Minter and Dave Theurer need to check this one out.
