Gov't-backing of 50-year mortgage would create more buyers, but 'more demand, same supply' means prices go up. Plus, a buyer who can't afford monthly payments of a 30-year mortgage probably shouldn't be on a 50-year either, they're likely to default. It'd just be inflating the bubble a bit more.

MAGA shutdown is about keeping the Epstein info private.
